I wanted to let you know that Tenor of Royal Windsor arrived safely on Friday. Picking him up from Varig on Friday was as you described, it took about 3 hours for them to process the paperwork. We took him home and got him cleaned up a little and then let him sleep. Yesterday afternoon he really started to open up and play and have some fun. He is a very beautiful little dog, very loving and brave. Thank you for your sending him to us, we are very happy with our little guy.

I also wanted to let you know that we would be happy to talk to anyone about buying a dog from you. I know that speaking with other people regarding the process really helped me a lot, and made me feel at ease with the process of buying a dog over the internet.

Riley arrived safe and sound and ready for anything! The minute we got him home, he ate a hearty meal and played with Clif. Little or no stress was noted. We already took him to the vet and got a clean bill of health, for now. We are very happy with this very lovable dog.
At the airport, we met another couple picking up one of your female Bichons. They live in Montebello, about 50 miles from us. We tried to calm her fears and told her that you were the most reputable people we have EVER dealt with. She felt better.

Dear Marta and Ernesto,

Angel has arrived less than an hour ago and has already had her bath and a small portion of honey and water and food. She is doing well, exploring the house and her new bed. She is really really sweet and seems to enjoy her toys.

Hope both are doing well. We are doing fine. Mighty is doing great. He weighs 12 pounds 7 ounces. He is adorable. We love him immensly. He travels everywhere with us. We do not leave him anywhere.
We love to see him when he runs around the house like he is in a race and making a growling sound. This I find is the highlight of our day. He makes us laugh so much when he does this. He has learned a few of the commands we have taught him.

Just a note to let you know how much love Nicholas has brought into my life. He is one of the sweetest 'Bichon Babies' ever. I never really wanted a male Bichon because I heard they were difficult to potty-train and not as lovable as the females... but I am here to inform all those who listen THAT IS NOT TRUE! Nicholas is the smartest, sweetest, and most lovable baby ever.

Just wanted to tell you a little about Yuri. He has drank a lot of water and eaten. He has urinated twice and pooped once both outside. He seems to catch on quickly. He was very happy to play with us a lot and loves all of his new toys. We are sure he will sleep well tonight after all the traveling. He seems very well mannered, very good looking and we are extremely happy with him. We are also extremely happy that we purchased a puppy through you and thank you for everything. We greatly appreciate how quickly you responded to all of our e-mails and questions. One of the main reasons we purchased through you was because of the professional, courteous and friendly way you treated us. Just so you know his name is going to stay Yuri. We are going to the vet tomorrow @ 5pm to have a puppy exam done. We will e-mail again tomorrow. Hope all is well.

Dart arrived this morning (Wednesday) because he was able to make the connecting flight in Newark and I cannot be more happy! The second I saw him I fell in love. He is the cutest little thing ever!!! He rode in my lap the whole way home and was very playful. When we picked him up he wasnt very dirty or anything, just some wet feet from stepping in his water dish. He's a good traveler and we had no problems at all with him in the car. We've had him outside running and playing already and again I couldn't be any happier. I think he will be very happy here in New York. Thank you for everything that you did and all the help throughout the process. If anyone else who is buying a puppy through you needs any reassurrance I'd be glad to tell them that you both are wonderful to work with and the puppy in the end is more than worth it!!! So thank you again and we will keep you updated on Dart.

Candy arrived safely on Saturday. She is home now and doing well. She has a perfect temperament and wasn't affected at all by the flight. YOU SHOULD BE VERY PROUD of the quality of your puppies, it really shows that you give your dogs and puppies excellent care. I can not say enough about the wonderful temperament of each of these girls, conformation, pigmentation is excellent, both are the perfect size... THANK YOU SO MUCH for them!
Both puppies are fat and sassy, no problems with loss of fluid (I was the worried one, since I'd never flown puppies before) both arrived in excellent condition. I AM SO VERY PLEASED with both of the Maltese puppies, they have wonderful "attitude", playful, loving, not a bit shy or at all reserved.
They came out of the crate, from getting them at the airport and they were running, playing and no hesitation in meeting people. Our daughter lives close to the airport so Ben took them over to her home, to let them run for awhile in her home, before he started the 6-1/2 hour drive home. The both loved our 7 year old grand daughter, chewed Courtney's toes and climbed right into her lap when she sat down to hold them. I don't know if I told you, the second Maltese is for a friend of mine, she is going to be so pleased also.
These are BEAUTIFUL puppies!
My veterinarian went home sick this morning, I hope to take them in for their check-up tomorrow (Thursday) I did get some medication for them, as they have a cough, NOT a problem, it is very common for puppies to get Kennel Cough, easy to treat and no big deal.
Well, hope this finds you well... I AM DOING WONDERFUL, just having so much fun, playing with the "girls" Warmest regards and many thanks...

Good Afternoon,

Here is an update on Guppy. He went to the vet yesterday and he is a very healthy puppy. He has adjusted so well with the family and with Casper. He is a happy, playful boy and makes me laugh every day. He has brought much joy into our family. He is learning how to walk on a leash. He went on his first big walk this morning. He loves to play and run around in the grass. It is so cute. He has been to our groomer. Casper had an appointment on Friday. I took him in so everyone could see him. He had his nails trimmed, cleaned up his paw pads, cut his hair around his eyes and bottom. He wasn't that happy with all of that but it is good for him to get used to the grooming.

I want to thank you both for all your help. Guppy is a handsome puppy. He is everything that I expected and more. You always made me feel at ease when I had questions about the whole process of buying a puppy over the Internet and the overseas shipping procedure. You are true to your word and I thank your for that. I have already recommended your kennel to several people. If I ever have a desire to purchase another Maltese I will contact Royal Windsor.
