01. Do you have a health guarantee?
Yes. If by one year of age, your puppy
develops a congenital problem that will end or shorten
its life, we will replace it with a similar puppy. Your
puppy is guaranteed free from Parvo and Distemper. Clic

02. Is shipping really safe?
Yes, it is very safe. Only flights specifically
set up to accommodate live animals will even accept a
puppy. The aircraft must be heated, AC, and pressurized

All of our parents are registered. I
can provide you the exportation pedigree that allows you
AKC full breeding rights.

08. What is an Exportation Pedigree?
All our dogs and puppies are from pure
breed and register in brasilian kennel club (CBKC), to
this register be recognized and accept by AKC (American
Kennel Club) I need to request the Exportation Pedigree.
This document will provide you AKC full breeding rights.
If you want your puppy just to pet company this document
would not be necessary.

09. If I want one of your puppies,
where do I start?
Start by e-mail
us. We like to find out your requirements for a new puppy
so we can match just the right pet to you. We want you
to feel confident that you will receive the exact puppy
that we described to you. Our puppies are microchiped
to guarantee this. We can attach pictures of puppies and
send them by email with other pertinent information.

10. How can I choose my puppy?

11. How can I know that the puppy
I will choose is the same one I will receive?
Good question. All of our puppies are
microchipped, you will be able to visualize his/her microchip

the one you chose is the one you will receive.

12. How to purchase my new friend?
We try to start showing pictures of our
puppies at 5-6 weeks of age. They will not be shipped
until 8 weeks of age. If you find that perfect friend
and want us to hold your puppy we ask that you send a
US$ 200.00 deposit. The deposit is a guarantee that the
buyer will complete the purchase by sending the rest of
the money (including shipping charges) before shipping.
If for any reason the buyer does not complete the purchase
within an agreed upon time frame the deposit will not
be refunded or transferred.
If the puppy does not for any reason pass the vet inspection
before shipping or any other medical condition arises
hindering the health of the puppy the buyer will be refunded
the US$ 200.00 deposit or may transfer the deposit to
another puppy chosen by the buyer.
We ship our puppies through airlines. We find the shortest
flight to your destination. We do all flight booking coordinating
with you the best flight for the puppy.
Form of payment that we accept:
The best way is a Payment Order by transfer by wire (your
bank transfer to my bank). It's very safe and easy.
As soon as you confirm 100 % sure your interest in purchase
the puppy we will send you the payment instructions and
pertinent data.

13. What dog food is best for our
new puppy?
We recommend three dog foods that we
have personally used: Royal
Canin for puppies of small breeds, Eukanuba
and ProPlan.
