The puppy being purchased is guaranteed to be current on it's DA2PL+CPV, and to have passed a veterinarian's examination. Buyer will be provided with a copy of the health certificate. Buyer understands that the puppy will need boosters of the initial vaccinations, generally spaced three weeks apart, until the DA2PL+CPV "puppy series" is completed, and then once annually thereafter.

Contagious Disease
If, within 14 days of purchase, your veterinarian positively diagnoses the puppy as having a contagious disease that was definitely incubating at the time of purchase, Seller will accept immediate return of the puppy and replace another puppy. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy. If you choose to keep the puppy, and have it treated by your own vet. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments. If the puppy dies under a veterinarian's care (in hospital, not at home), within 14 days of purchase, as a result of a contagious disease (i.e. parvo), that was definitely incubating at the time of purchase, and timely veterinary care was obtained to no avail, Seller will replace another puppy and not pay any vet bills. "Timely" means the puppy was taken to the vet for treatment at the first sign of illness or lethargy, not when the puppy was so debilitated it couldn't be saved. All veterinarian expenses are the responsibility of the buyer's. A written statement from the veterinarian detailing the problems must be provided.

Please note: because of their solid foundation of good health, good food, prior vaccinations, and lack of exposure, it is highly unlikely a Royal Windsor puppy will contract a contagious disease, if you follow the recommended vaccination schedule. It is recommended that the Buyer use common sense and not expose the new puppy to other puppies, take it to places a sick puppy has been within the past six months, or take it to public places until the puppy series of vaccinations has been completed.
This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening.

Congenital Defect
This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.
A returned puppy must be retuned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer's expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.
Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy.
This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party.
No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without seller's permission.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.

This puppy is being sold as a companion. Buyer will provide the puppy with a safe, stable, and comfortable home, proper food, and veterinary care as needed.
